Assistance Terms

Users requesting help receive ₹1000, subject to a processing fee deduction. The full amount, including applicable interest, must be repaid within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Trust Score System

Timely repayment is essential to maintain a positive trust score. A low trust score due to delayed or non-repayment may limit your access to future assistance and affect your standing on the platform.

Representative Visits

Our representatives may visit users before 8 PM to verify details, ensure compliance, or address issues related to the assistance provided.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and financial information during registration
• Repay the assistance amount, including interest, within the 7-day period
• Maintain respectful communication with our team and representatives

Non-Compliance

Failure to repay within 7 days may result in a reduced trust score and potential follow-up by our representatives. Persistent non-compliance may lead to account suspension.

Liability

Our platform is not liable for any disputes arising from user interactions outside the agreed terms. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of provided information.
